CUMI GORENG

BAHAN
- Cumi 1 kg
- Bawang merah 10 siung
- Bawang putih 3 siung
- Bawang pre 1 batang
- Cabe merah 10 buah
- Cabe hijau 10 buah
- Tomat 1 buah
- Halia 1 cm
- Daun salam 2 lembar
- Asam jawa 1 cm
- Jeruk nipis 1 buah
- Garam secukupnya.

CARA MEMBUAT :
- Cumi dipotong menjadi dua bagian ditambahkan air asam jawa, jeruk nipis dan garam garam diamkan selama lebih kurang 15 menit.
- Rajang semua bumbu di atas.
- Cumi ditambah bumbu rajang ditumis.
- Kemudian tambahkan daun salam.
- Masak sampai cumi empuk.
- Selamat mencoba.
