Bahan:
300 g daging sapi bagian paha atas, potong-potong
2 siung bawang putih
100 g wortel, serut halus, peras
75 g tepung kanji
1/2 sdt merica bubuk
1 sdt garam
100 g es batu, memarkan agak halus
Kuah:
1 sdm bawang putih cincang, tumis
750 ml kaldu sapi
2 buah kaldu dadu rasa ayam
1/2 sdt merica bubuk
2 sdt garam
2 sdm daun bawang, iris halus

Cara membuat:

Masukkan semua bahan dalam food processor. Proses hingga lembut dan rata.
Didihkan air secukupnya dalam panci sedang.
Bentuk adonan bakso dengan tangan, memakai jempol dan telunjuk.
Rebus bakso hingga matang dan mengapung. Angkat, dinginkan.
Kuah : Rebus semua bahan hingga mendidih dengan api sedang. Angkat.
Sajikan bakso dengan Kuah dalam keadaan panas.
